Identifying challenges: We’ll discover together what’s holding you back and how we can overcome those obstacles.  

Personalized action plan: By the end of this evaluation, you’ll have a clear plan of what we’ll work on in the following sessions.

Each session begins with a personalized psychological evaluation to understand your current situation. This includes:

What can I expect from my first session?

In your first session, we will talk about your goals and the areas you want to work on. This session is designed for us to get to know each other better and to define a personalized action plan for you.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts 60 minutes. For teenagers, sessions can vary between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on their needs and comfort level.

How often should we meet?

The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and availability. Generally, I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to maintain momentum and ensure continuous progress.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card, PayPal, and Zelle. If you don’t have these options, feel free to contact me, and we can find a solution. *Invoice option available for residents of Mexico.

Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions are completely confidential. Whatever we discuss stays between us, ensuring a safe and trustworthy space for you to speak openly.
